Which one do you need?
Nine services, covering every roof type common in Hillsborough County. Two of them — emergency tarping and storm damage repair — exist because of the weather here. One of them, tile, exists because of the housing stock. The rest are the ordinary business of keeping a roof doing its job.
If you are not sure which applies to you, the short version: water coming in now is tarping or repair; water that has been coming in for a while is repair or inspection; a roof that looks tired, has failed an insurance inspection, or is past its age is inspection first and replacement second. Nobody should be quoting you a replacement without showing you the decking underneath.
