One number, no form, no obligation. Here is what to have in front of you before you call.

One number, answered for storm and active-leak calls around the clock. The call is free, there is no obligation, and you are connected to a licensed roofing contractor covering your part of Hillsborough County.
What to have ready
None of this is required, and nobody will refuse to help you without it. But having it to hand turns a vague conversation into a useful one, and it is the difference between a rough guess and a real answer:
- Your address, and whether it is inside Tampa city limits. It decides which office issues the permit, and it is not always what the mailing address suggests.
- Roughly how old the roof is, or when it was last replaced. "The previous owners did it" is a useful answer too.
- What the roof is made of — shingle, tile, metal, flat. If you are not sure, describe what you can see.
- What is actually happening. Where the water is, when it started, whether it is still coming in, whether it only happens in wind-driven rain.
- Whether it followed a storm, and roughly when. Claim deadlines run from the date of loss, so the date matters more than people expect.
- Photographs, if you have safely taken any. From the ground and from inside the attic — not from a ladder.
If water is coming in right now
Say so at the start of the call. Active water entering a structure is triaged ahead of cosmetic damage. In the meantime, move what you can, contain the water, and keep people out from under any ceiling that is visibly bulging.
Email, for anything that is not urgent
Questions about the guides, a correction to something on the site, or anything that does not need a roofer today: hello@roofingcontractortampa.net. If your roof is leaking, please call instead — email is not monitored around the clock and a leak does not wait.
Why there is no contact form
Deliberate, not an oversight. A form would mean collecting and storing your personal details in order to pass them on, which brings consent obligations that a phone call does not, and it adds a failure point — forms break quietly and nobody finds out until the leads stop. A phone number either works or obviously does not.
It also means this site holds no database of your information. What you tell the contractor on the call is what they know. Details of what is collected when you call are in the privacy policy.
What this site cannot do for you
We cannot quote your roof, tell you whether to make an insurance claim, or say whether your roof needs replacing — those need someone standing on it, or in your case a licensed professional of the relevant kind. What we can do is put you in front of the first of those quickly.
