What this site is
roofingcontractortampa.net is an information and lead referral service. It is not a roofing contractor, it does not perform roofing work, and it does not hold a contractor licence. Calls placed through this site are connected to independent licensed roofing contractors.
No contract for roofing work
Nothing on this site creates a contract for roofing work between you and us. Any agreement for work, and any liability arising from it, is between you and the contractor you engage. We do not supervise their work, set their prices, guarantee their availability or warrant the outcome of any job.
You are responsible for satisfying yourself about any contractor before you engage them, including verifying their licence and insurance with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
No professional advice
The guides and service pages on this site are general information about how roofing, permitting, building code and property insurance work in Florida. They are not legal advice, insurance advice, engineering advice or a substitute for an inspection of your property. Rules change, policies differ, and your building department has the final word on your specific job.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care with the factual claims on this site, source them, and record the date they were checked. We do not warrant that every statement is complete, current or free of error, and codes, statutes and market prices change after publication.
